Frequent questions

How long is a lesson?

Between 5 and 10 minutes. Each lesson covers one topic: a short video or illustrated text, and a mini quiz at the end to check what you remember.

Can I learn on my phone?

Yes — Alfipedia is built for phones first. Open the site in your browser or add it to your home screen; an Android app is coming soon.

How do I choose areas?

After signing up, choose the areas you're interested in — for example history and astronomy. Each area has subcategories, and lessons follow in order. On the "My learning" page you always see where you left off and what's next.

Which languages is Alfipedia available in?

In English, Spanish, German and Russian. Switch the language in the menu — your progress stays the same in every language.

Are there free lessons?

Yes. Anyone can open lessons marked as free, without a subscription, so you can see what Alfipedia is like.

Can I buy access for my employees?

Yes — Alfipedia is for individuals and companies alike. Companies receive an invoice in the company's name with its tax ID.

How do I pay?

By card or PayPal, directly on the site.
